This was disappointing. It tasted kind of old and dry, like it had been sitting around for a while. Also, the constant reminders to leave a review felt a bit aggressive, which made the whole experience even more annoying.

"Fast delivery, but my order was mixed up and messy"
My order showed up quickly, so I’ll give them credit for that, but a couple of the items weren’t what I actually picked. Like, I ordered specific things and ended up with different ones, which was annoying because it throws everything off, especially if you were planning to use them for something specific, like a gift, a dinner, a project, or just restocking stuff at home. The box was also kind of smashed when it arrived, and everything inside was just loose and sliding around, like there wasn’t much care put into packing it. Nothing was totally destroyed, so it’s not the worst experience ever, but between the wrong items, the beat-up box, and the messy packing, I definitely expected better.
"Feeling ignored by support"
I emailed support twice and still haven’t heard anything back. It’s frustrating because when you reach out for help, you expect at least some kind of response. It makes me feel like my issue just isn’t important to them.

It just felt way too pricey for what I got. I kept wondering who actually owns the experience or handles things when there’s an issue, because that part wasn’t clear at all. For the money, I expected everything to feel a lot more straightforward and worth it, but it didn’t

"Shipping took longer than I expected"
I ordered from thetobaccostop.com because I figured it would show up within a few days, but it ended up taking quite a bit longer than I thought. The tracking barely updated too, so I kept wondering if other people had the same issue or if my order was just stuck somewhere.
Everything did eventually arrive, so it wasn’t a total loss, but the waiting was frustrating. If you’re not in a hurry it might be fine, but I’d probably check a few more reviews first before ordering again.
